Dental staff and nurses are always professional, super friendly, and instantly you are made to feel relaxed and at ease. Such a shame we don't receive the same warm welcome from reception staff though. Some are a little warmer than others, but a smile goes a long way to feel seen, heard and acknowledged. And if kept waiting in the queue or a receptionist is delayed with other important things, then even just a little 'sorry to keep you waiting', goes a long way to feel valued and not ignored or feel you are inconveniencing them. Dental treatment has always been outstanding.
