Dr Sahand Emami

Special interest in Periodontology

Sahand graduated from Semmelweis University in Hungary in 2022.

During his studies, he worked as a teaching assistant in Oral Pathology, Anatomy, and General Pathology, developing a strong academic foundation in oral health and disease.

He has been practising at Lodge Causeway Dental Centre since March 2023 and is currently undertaking an MSc in Periodontology at the University of Bristol, further advancing his expertise in gum health.

He has a particular interest in the management of gum disease, as well as bone and soft tissue regeneration, with a focus on helping patients achieve and maintain healthy, long-lasting smiles.

Prior to his dental career, he was a professional basketball player. Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball and padel.
